Weather Manipulation - Once awakened Elektra gains psionic power to control all forms and facets of the weather, atmosphere and manipulate energies. With this power she can control both Earthly and extraterrestrial ecosystems. She can modify the temperature of the environment, control all forms of precipitation, humidity, and moisture (at a molecular level), generate lightning and other electromagnetic atmospheric phenomena, and atmospheric pressure. She can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. She can dissipate such weather to form clear skies as well. She can create precipitation at higher or lower altitudes than normal, make whirlwinds travel pointing lengthwise in any direction, channel ambient electromagnetism through her body to generate electric blasts, flash freeze objects and people, coalesce atmospheric pollutants into acid rain or toxic fog. Summon wind currents strong enough to support her weight to elevate herself (or others) to fly at high altitudes and speeds. Elektra can change the weather in one area without disrupting existing weather patterns anywhere else.
Electromagnetic Manipulation - Elektra can also control the very fundamental forces that determine weather itself anywhere like the planet's magnetic fields, taking control of the magnetosphere or electromagnetic energies.

When thrown, the Thunderbolt travels with impossible speed(speed of lightning), striking its target with overwhelming force before naturally returning to its wielder. Its impact unleashes catastrophic lightning capable of splitting mountains, shattering fortifications, and igniting forests. Aside from its destructive capability, its precision is incredible, Elektra can strike individual targets without harming those standing nearby. Because it is a divine instrument of judgment rather than indiscriminate destruction, its power can be focused from a pinpoint strike to a city-shattering blast depending on Elektra’s intent.

Elektra Collins was born on 17 December 2018 in London, England, to Dr. Nathan Collins, an electrical engineer, and Dr. Amelia Collins, a pharmaceutical chemist. She was raised in an academically focused household where education and critical thinking were emphasized from an early age. Elektra consistently excelled in mathematics and the sciences, particularly chemistry and biology, while showing little interest in extracurricular activities outside of research. She graduated secondary school ahead of schedule and enrolled at Imperial College London in 2034, where she studied Chemistry and Bioengineering. She completed both degrees before earning a doctorate in Bioengineering in 2041, publishing several research papers on tissue engineering and synthetic biological systems during her graduate studies.
Following her doctorate, Elektra accepted a position as a senior researcher at Aster Biotech, contributing to projects involving regenerative medicine and artificial organ development. Although the work advanced her career, she became dissatisfied with the pace of research caused by corporate oversight and regulatory delays. In 2043, she accepted an offer from Oluwafemi Uzoma Kingsley to become one of the founding scientists of Nexus Laboratories in Seoul, Korea. Rather than taking an executive position, she remained a full-time researcher and was given authority over her own laboratory and research team. Her work primarily focuses on bioengineering, genetics, chemical synthesis, and experimental medical technologies. Over time this developed into an on-and-off friends-with-benefits relationship with Oluwafemi Uzoma Kingsley. Both agreed to keep the relationship private due to his position within the Pharaoh Corporation and Nexus Laboratories, and because neither was interested in pursuing a traditional relationship.
