Seo Yura is a feminine and confident woman who knows exactly how attractive she is but tempers her ego with a level of compassion and she is complex enough to choose self preservation and pragmatic approaches when it’s called for. She enjoys flirting and casual relationships, living for the moment instead of anything emotionally significant. Of course one of her most important traits, outside of work, when she is home and not in front of the world, the one area where Yura’s nature is the most soft or compassionate is with her younger brother, whom she has essentially raised herself. She is fiercely protective of him and does everything she can to give him the stable upbringing she never had. She makes sure he eats well, keeps up with school and training, and always has someone he can rely on, even if it means sacrificing her own time or happiness. The Heartpiercer is the bow that Yura uses when she awakens, the powerful tool of Eros that shoots energy beams shaped like heart shaped arrows and with these features:

Once she looks at a target, the laser cannot miss, it curves, phases, or adjusts mid-flight to strike the heart; capable of passing through all physical obstacles, cover, and barriers. Yura decides what physically gets hit by the arrow after the shot has been fired, not needing anything more than a thought.

The Heartpiercer has infinite ammo and each shot moves at the speed of light.

Effects of Arrows

Yura can freely alter the beam’s payload while drawing or firing, these payloads are;

Lust/Love - The beam delivers an overwhelming surge of desire directly into the target. They are instantly flooded with intense romantic, physical, or obsessive attraction toward her (or anyone she designates). If they are under the spell for her they will be compelled to comply with her demands and desires, the target will do whatever they can to please her.

Explosive Energy Burst - While the bow is being used as a traditional weapon of destruction the energy beams upon impact/detonation can be as small as a standard frag grenade explosion up to a strategic nuclear explosion (comparable to the Hiroshima bomb at ~15 kilotons or higher in total blast, thermal, and destructive effects.) Regardless of the size of devastation there is always a residual wave of energy close to the explosion that affects anyone in the surrounding area with intense feelings of desire with no specific target. The level of destruction is based on how long Yura holds the arrow of energy drawn, essentially charging the energy.

Yura loves her job as a cop to much to switch careers but when she met Minjae Jackson he discovered her talent for singing and made the single Badge on My Heart with her that happened to be a trending hit at the time.

Brother - Seo Yujin

Seo Yujin is Seo Yura’s fourteen-year-old younger brother and the single most important person in her life. Following the deaths of their parents, Yura became his legal guardian, sacrificing much of her own youth to raise him while building her career in the Korean National Police. To Yujin, she is more than an older sister, she is his parent, protector, and role model, ensuring he never feels the absence of the family they lost.


Boss - Kang Dohyun

Kang Dohyun is Seo Yura’s direct superior, the Senior Superintendent who molded her into the officer she became after personally training her from the day she entered the Korean National Police as a recruit. Ruthlessly corrupt and driven by results above all else, Dohyun views the law as a tool to be manipulated rather than upheld. Their on-and-off sexual relationship began when Yura knowingly used their mutual attraction to secure her promotion to Inspector, and while he genuinely trusts her competence in the field, he has little respect for professional boundaries. Around trusted colleagues, he often refers to her by the crude nickname “Tits,” reducing her to her most obvious physical feature even as he relies on her as one of his most effective detectives. Their relationship is built on mutual exploitation rather than affection. Dohyun provides influence, protection, and career opportunities, while Yura delivers exceptional results and willingly plays into the arrangement when it serves her own ambitions.



Best Friend/Subordinate - Sergeant Lee Siyoon (이시윤)

Yura’s closest friend and most trusted subordinate within the Seoul Metropolitan Police. While Siyoon respects Yura’s rank as her inspector, their friendship always comes first, and she never hesitates to challenge Yura when she thinks she’s making a reckless decision.


Old friend/Fuck Buddy - Minjae Jackson

Shortly after high school, Yura met Minjae Jackson, an African American and Korean musician whose ambition matched her own. The two became inseparable, spending countless hours writing music together before releasing the hit single “Badge on My Heart,” which briefly launched them into the spotlight. Their close friendship naturally developed into a casual sexual relationship, though neither sought anything serious, and they remained best friends throughout it all. As life pulled them onto different paths, Yura into law enforcement and Minjae into a career as a singer, streamer, and eventually criminal activity, they gradually drifted apart. Even so, neither was willing to completely sever the bond they had built. They still keep each other’s contact information and occasionally reconnect, maintaining a complicated friendship rooted in years of trust, shared memories, and genuine affection despite standing on opposite sides of the law.


𝕃𝕚𝕜𝕖𝕤: Going to the range,Yura finds shooting relaxing and a great way to stay on top of her A game. Yura loves to hit the beach when she can. Yura is an avid reader and enjoys romance books. Yura lastly loves to beat her brother at video games when she manages to, she is notoriously bad at them though.

Seo Yura was born December 19, 2024, in Seoul to Seo Kang-min, a police detective, and Park Ji-yeon, a nurse. On March 8, 2036, when Yura was 11 and her brother Seo Yujin was 1, their parents were killed in a targeted hit-and-run ordered by a criminal syndicate her father was investigating. With no close relatives able to take them in, both children entered temporary state care. In 2042, at age 18, Yura successfully petitioned the family court for legal guardianship of her brother. She secured a modest government-subsidized apartment through Korean welfare programs for young guardians and later upgraded it using earnings and connections from her police work.

Shortly after finishing high school in 2043, Yura met Minjae Jackson, a charismatic Korean-American musician, streamer, and aspiring entertainer with a growing online following. The two bonded almost immediately through their shared ambition and willingness to take risks, quickly becoming inseparable. Despite coming from very different backgrounds, they spent countless nights writing music, recording demos, and encouraging one another’s dreams. Their collaboration eventually produced the breakout single “Badge on My Heart,” a surprise hit that earned widespread attention and briefly thrust them into the public eye. During that period, their friendship evolved into a casual sexual relationship, though neither pursued a serious romance. Even after the physical relationship ended, they remained each other’s closest confidants, with Yura often turning to Minjae whenever she wanted to escape the pressures of her responsibilities.

Yura entered the Korean National Police Academy in March 2043 and graduated in the top 10 percent in December 2044. Assigned in January 2045 to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Special Affairs Unit under Senior Superintendent Kang Dohyun, she began a sexual relationship with him in June 2045 that directly led to her promotion to Sergeant in September 2045. As Yura’s career accelerated, her and Minjae’s lives gradually pulled them in different directions. While she dedicated herself to law enforcement, Minjae found success as both a singer and streamer but also became involved in organized criminal activity operating around Seoul. Although they no longer saw each other regularly, neither completely cut ties. They still kept one another’s contact information and occasionally met or exchanged messages, maintaining an uneasy friendship built on years of trust despite standing on opposite sides of the law.

In late 2045 she had an affair with Detective Supervisor Lee Min-ho to secure transfer to higher-priority investigations and better resources. In March 2046 she seduced Assistant Prosecutor Kim Tae-joon, obtaining sealed files on a major city corruption ring; the resulting arrests and convictions led to her promotion to Inspector in November 2047.

Yura lives with her 14-year-old brother in their Seoul apartment and uses her salary and connections to provide him stability and opportunities she never had, always searching for new ways to build a better future for them.
